When will my order be dispatched?
Many of our orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. However some of our products require processing time and will take longer.
Our wax melts and candles currently have a 1-2 week processing to dispatch time.
We love it when customers contact us in surprise that they've received their products so quickly, so we will make every effort to get your order dispatched the same working day where ever possible.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive and email informing you it is on the way.
What is considered as a working day?
Our working days are currently Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays.
Refunds will be processed too the original payment method ONLY and in compliance with the cancellation/return/exchange policy.
Buyers are responsible for the postal payment for any returns where Itchy Avocado is not at fault.
Postal charges will be deducted from any refund sent to the incorrect address supplied by yourself at the time of ordering.
I think my order may be missing/lost in the post.
When you think about the volume of mail being sent around the world on a daily basis it's no surprise to learn that sometimes mail does go astray.
Missing items cannot be replaced or refunded until the maximum delivery time below has been reached from the date of dispatch. Please contact us once this time has lapsed and we will be happy to help.
UK - 3 working days after dispatch
International tracked - 7 working days after dispatch.
My order did not arrive when I wanted it to. Can I have a refund?
Unfortunately delays can be experienced for reasons out of our control, and are something we cannot take no responsibility for. Delayed items will not be subject to any refund or compensation as we cannot be held responsible for actions outside of our control.
If your order has not arrived and you believe it may be lost/missing please see the FAQ above for lost/missing orders.
My order has been delivered to the wrong address, what do I do?
It is your responsibility as a customer to fully check the delivery information prior to checkout. On submitting the order you are confirming that all information is correct. We will not be responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete address info supplied.
Replacements will be subject to the following charges:
-If the order is missing and not returned to us, the buyer must submit a new order and pay the full price inclusive of postage where applicable.
- If the order is returned to us as 'undelivered' the buyer will be required to submit the correct address and pay additional delivery charges to have the order resent.
Please note that orders delivered to a place of work will not be replaced if they go missing.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled at any point up until the order is dispatched. After this point no cancellation can be made.
Personalised/Customised can only be cancelled BEFORE confirmation has been received from you (the buyer) that you are happy with the product created for you. Fair warning will be give that you have the opportunity to cancel before that option is no longer valid.
All cancellations will be subject to a £0.50p charge to cover administration duties and utilities for cancellation and paperwork. This fee will be deducted from the refund given.
